Cut rear tiedown plates, scotchbrited, acetoned, cortec'd, drilled and riveted them.

Made, remade, and then re-re-made wing locker inboard rear panel brace. Scotchbrited them all, acetoned, and cortec'd. Only cleco'd braces in place for now until I am sure everything is exactly where it's gonna stay
