Finished the remainder of the rudder stiffeners today. This set went much better as I've gotten the process down pretty well. No mistakes this time, another 100 rivets down, thousands to go.... When you get to the trailing edge rivets, you have to bend the opposite skin back pretty far to get the rivet gun in there squarely.

The backrivet set and rivet gun left some tool marks in the primer'd surfaces. Sprayed some primer in a disposable cup and used a Q-tip to touch up the areas that were scratched by the tools. Also put the rudder back into the paint booth to touch up a few thin spots around the edges.

Rudder is ready to be bent to its final shape.
