Spending a good amount of time trying to get the torque tubes for elevator and flaps to about 90% level before moving forward with skins install while access is still easier. Many cycles of putting on and taking off the tubes with very small adjustments to eliminate binding. Also had to take some material off the front elevator tube control stop arms (both forward and back) so they made contact at the same time on the control stops.
