Cut standoffs to a length that provides a nice stringer profile. Drill fuselage bushings, align stringer standoffs and match drill. Bushings had to be reamed. Primed standoffs with chromate primer. Rivet Standoffs. Align stringer and mark standoff locations. Drill stringer. Prepare epoxy adhesive. Apply adhesive to standoffs, install stringer. Secure stringer in place with bungees. Cure overnight.
