Position flap pulley mount near rib#2. Trimmed rib cap. Aligned with flap control horn. Drilled, cleco in place. Abraded mating surfaces, applied epoxy, riveted in place. Did the same with aileron pulley mounts. Slotted trailing edge for flap spring. Positioned trailing edge, drilled and countersunk rivet mounting holes, abraded mating surfaces. Epoxy and rivet in place.
