Applied fabric to flap. Used one piece. Applied adhesive to trailing edge. Wrapped, First applied Polytak to leading edge, and ribs. Drilled ribs for rivets. Used adhesive to bond the fabric. Did low temp shrink to work out the wrinkles on leading edge. Bonded to tip and root ribs. Used thinned Polytak t I bond leading edge. Trimmed fabric, overlapped tip and root ribs. Shrunk fabric at 250F, 300F and 350F.
