Positioned the baggage door external skin in the baggage door opening. Marked according to instruction the skin and the fuselage as preparation for the installation of the hinge.
Cut an AN257-P3 hinge length to measure and drilled the #40 rivet holes at 1"1/8 distance from each other starting 1/4 inch from both hinge ends.
Positioned the hinge on the frame within the two marks in step 1. Matchdrilled #40 into through the hinge into the frame.
Slightly trimmed the skin.
