Drilled the holes in the doors on the reference lines. In most cases i got the hole in the fuselage right. Only in few occasion i had to enlarge a bit the hole in the door as suggested in the assembly manual.
Matchdrilled the holes in the windows flange. removed both doors and disassembled both doors.
Adapted the door strut doubler to nest correctly in the inner door halves. Deburred the doubler. Matchdrilled the door. Deburred the doubler.
Mixed West System and cab-o-sil to a peanut butter consistency and applied a thick layer on the door.
Positioned the doubler and clecoed in place.
Once cured redrilled the holes and positioned the pop-rivets
