Beefing up the rear seat window flange as i sanded too much and ended up below the 3/4" indicated in the Kit Instruction.
I used spray epoxy to block the bidirectional fiber on the back of the flange leaving 3-4mm of fiber peaking out of the flange. I soaked with resin and applied few strips of peel ply. Once cured i will beef up with flox the flange and then sand to measure. I used the same technique for the door window flanges.
