Necessary to cut the door latch recess to allow the racks to move. Marked and cut using drill and dremel. Filed to size to guarantee smooth operation considering there are also the safety pins.
Done on both doors.
The top rack has rather big interference with the elbow recess wall, therefore after trying different combination i decided to cut the elbow recess to allow proper operation of the mechanism. It was the only way to allow block in both position AND having the rack rivet acting as a block for the gear as requested.
Holes will be covered later with fiberglass fairing.
