Assembly of the latch mechanism. Cut the C-1007 and WD-1022 to measure. Deburred and polished as much as possibile to allow smooth operation. When disassembly the C-1006A-D i used a small file to round the recesses of the MS16562-42 Pin to reduce the "blocking" on unlocking under tension. Result is satisfactory. assembled the Mechanism using the additional parts provided. Polishing of the outer steel ring was required. Inserted the E-ring and positioned the assembly on the delrin plate. Positioned the lock in the plate recess and mounted on the door. Sliding the external plate around the handle was not possible for the right door, therefore a small modification was required. probably the door is too thick.
Left door didnt require the modification as the external handle pins slides in position with little taps.
