Beefing up the door recess/flanges.
Prepared two little covers using scrap door fiberglass and carbon fiber. The first attempt didn't seem right as the carbon fiber was not soaked enough. Added a second carbon layer and plenty of resin.
Prepared two shapes to form the covers for the latch system racks using foam and fiberglass.
