Preparation of the door rack handle cover. Tried in different ways, at the end i resolved forming high density foam and covering it with PVC tape mold release spray. Used the same approach for the Handle Mechanism cover, but i used two flat door fiberglass squares to support the carbon fiber. Result is no perfect but acceptable. I plan to attach using screws therefore i prefer to have a bit more beef on the handle mechanism cover.
