Trimmed the left window. Used white board marker to trace with a modified cap the perimeter on the plexiglas. Trimmed with a disk sander close to the mark. Adjusted on fitting and drilled holes for the #40 clecos. Clecoed the window in place. Traced the window on the window recess with normal marker. Traced the plexiglas INSIDE using a normal marker as the white marker didn't work properly. Cleaning with alcool is ok. Masked with normal masking tape the inside leaving a 3/16 gap to the plexiglas mark. Used thin 3/16 plastic masking tape to mask close to the mark. Cleaned the mark. Overlapped 1/16 with a second thin masking tape. Masked the outside of the window and backcutted the masking tape with a razor blade.
