More fabrication of the ELT Tray. Added nutplate holes and drilled lightening holes. Checked fit.
Will align the tray to be true to the pitch and roll axis of the aircraft. Not a requirement, but it could double as a second ADAHRS tray if required.

Routed the roughed-in ELT power wires and flat cable to aft of Station 4.
