Checked spinner alignment and pilot drilled the 10 mounting holes #40. Fabricated filler plates, which will be mounted to backplate with screws (allows removing for paint) and to the spinner with #8 screws.

Filler plates will have flanges bonded on the inside so they can be attached to the spinner. Using the material cut out to fabricate the flanges.
