Gathered parts for both seats, begin assembly on first seat. Countersink plates, assemble roller bearings onto seat bottom frame, assemble frame.

Gathered parts for both seat assemblies and started on first one. Countersink plates, roller bearings to seat bottom frame, assembly of rest of frame.

Finish assembling first seat frame and then do second one also. Video attached to show adjusting action.

Lowest part of the three seat back panels had an update to add two holes and then use SS rivets in the 4 lowest holes. The safety wire wrap is to hold the inside tube in place until the cover/seat pad assembly will hold the seat assembly together. After lower pan (bottom) installed, the head rest frame was fit into place and holes drilled for rivnuts. One rivnut installed shows in last picture.

Finish installing rivnuts for first seat's headrest, test fit headrest as shown. Began installing seat back panels on second seat.

Attach seat back panels and seat bottom pan on second seat. Began to fit headrest frame on second seat.

Begin installing seat back cushion on first seat. Using a Phillips screwdriver heated with a torch to burn holes for zip ties. Had to open seat bottom up and rearrange foam as this cushion was very lopsided.

Continued to install seat cushions as per instructions on both seats. Almost finished with second seat.

Finished attaching last part of cushions and headrest. Test fit both seats in airframe.

I had used Dupli-Color rattle can bed liner spray on my baggage floor panels and it seems to be sticking well. I thought that might be a good way to extend the life of the floor right under pilot/passenger feet in the footwell area. Acid etched the pans and masked off, shot the material on just before quitting for the night. Looks promising.

Next morning the material began to peel off with the masking tape. Perhaps it wasn't cured enough, but it came off pretty easily once started. Decided that wasn't the answer and peeled it all off the following day.

The baggage floor pieces were painted outside on an 80 degree plus day, in the sun. I think that is contributing to the success of themselves pieces.
