Spent time today sorting out all the parts I need to move forward on the engine installation.

Nov 03, 2020     Loctite order - (1 hour) Category: Research
Tested out an alternative for gluing the trailing edges of the coves to the wings the other day but I was not happy with the outcome. I sourced and ordered all the Loctite product and equipment I need to glue the trailing edges as per the TWTT and ANOR instructions.

Loctite H3151 w/ gun and mixing nozzles = $80

Aug 23, 2020     Wing Wiring and vent line routing - (5 hours) Category: Research
Spent some time determining what this issue was and then sending email to Glasair for solution on the aux tank channels. They again solved the problem with out any hesitation. I had to pause on the build for a few days waiting for parts to come in. I also Spent a considerable amount of time trying to solve the VENT LINE Riddle. Geez people...how many ways are there to solve this? I read almost all the options in the GA Forum but many are retrofits to existing vent line issues. I read the SB68 but that was little help as I already knew to drill a small hole in the vent line. After a lot of research and head scratching I decided to go with the TWTT solution. I also spent time trying to figure out what wiring I'll need and also if I should run a conduit for wiring. I'm still not there yet but I have some ideas.....back to building!
