Fabricated the right front and and 2 rear struts. Then I fabricated the diagonals. Next step is to relevel and rerig the wings before welding the diagonals in place. Things are moving forward quite nicely.

aileron pulley brackets had to be remade. Here is the mockup and cutouts of the new brackets.
I bent them up and they fit really well. Tomorrow is welding time. Things are going well.

Spent the afternoon installing new bolts, washers and nuts. Now it is time to install working aileron cables.

Today i ran the balancing cable. Still need to whip the ends. I also tack welded the main aileron cable tabs to the control stick. Pictures to come on the tabs.

Today I fabricated the fairleads for the right side and center and installed. I ran a string to check the location of the cable routing and it all looks good.

today I measured for bolts and made an order with the bolt company. I also ran a string to simulate the routing of the work cable. tomorrow I will work on the balancing cable

Bill came over and helped install the lower wing. I fitted the aileron and installed the hinges. Easier said than done. I have to fabricate a wedge to mate the lower wing to fit flush to the wing attach fitting of the fuse at the rear attach point Life is good..
