Both spars completed Section 14-05 in left spar had to update how W-823-1 was connected. Nut plate was stripped. removed nut plat and used a nylock an-3 nut to lock it in place. Nut can be reached from turn buckle access plate under left wing SEE PHOTO . All other torqued to 22 inch pounds as desribed in section 05 torques.
