Found the bushings were not pressed into the nose fork. These are factory installed so not in the pick sheet.

Lowered the fuselage off the caddy, it served its use but very happy to have the fuselage on its mains

Drilled the two mounting holes for the brake flange, on Sunday I created a template to mark the 90 degree lines for drilling and 7then degree rotation.

Started with #30, the up drilled to #10, waiting for bits to drill to 19/64, then ream to 5/16

Continued with the left wing wiring and prep. Primed all brackets and route the vent lines per the plans, RTV the vent lines and outboard wiring through the spar.

Also prepped the bracket for the right wing, and crimped inboard end of the NAV antenna coax

Just about completed the left harness install, all wires routed, still need to secure the main tank fuel QTY, removed tanks and secured wires run outboard, terminated the aux tank lug
 
Dec 03, 2022     Wing Wire - Complete right base harness, start installing left harness - (6 hours)       Category: Systems
Got the materials from Stein Air, completed the based harness for the right wing, Started installing the left wing harness, fabricated bracket for CPC connector, connected aux pump with spade connector, started using spade connectors for the heater to connector hook up but switched this to a 4 CPC, much cleaner and easier to service, going to change the pitot connection to a CPC as well.
