Complete fitting sub panels in the main panel as well as the console
While test fitting the glare shield discovered interference with the outer CB on the left wing and CO detector on the right wing panels.

After the test fitting while removing the glare shield the two top mounting tabs popped off the carbon panel and the panel fell scratching the main panel on the flap latch bar.

Since the main panel has a big scratch, decided to fix the location of the GPS mounting screws and add standoffs for the displays and float controller. The left and right wing panels will be revised to clear interferences as well.

Also revising the lower right panel to allow more space for right angle anchors.

The wing tips did not follow the leading edge contours well. I put a piece of tape for mold release and added a mix of resin, milled fiber and cabosil to fill the gap. After cure I sanded the leading edge down and added 2 plus of BID to remake the leading edge joint.

Ryan and I removed the wings from the jigs, the jigs were taken down and stored.
The aux fuel tank rails were installed with pull rivets
Using rivet squeezer riveted inboard and outboard trailing edge ribs on each wing
Also using rivet squeezer riveted the small inspection hole doublers on the inboard skins, prerequisite for installing the main tanks

We also riveted the flap bracket, much easier with two people.
After Ryan left I completed the trailing edge ribs.

This completes the top skins, a major project milestone.

Note: Bob Dimeo inspected the work on 2.17 and found everything to be satisfactory so moving on to the cove skins

Trimmed the pilot and copilot seat pans

Started installing nutplates
- Installed nutplates for the bulkhead A closeout
- Installed bulkhead A footrest nutplates
- Installed aft tunnel cover footrest nutplates
- Tried installing nutplates on the LAM angles for the aft tunnel cover but the angle if the floor prevents using the hand squeezer, couldn't get an angle with the rivet gun, going to try a pneumatic squeezer and also ordered a 10 degree offset flush rivet head

Installed both inner rear seat seatbelt attach mounts, drilled, countersunk and bolted with help from Courtney.
Drilled three tabs that secure footrests to the floor
Made template using 1/8” sheet metal to perform top layup of the baggage door side seat bottom rail
Lay'd up top layer of seat rail, 1 ply of DBM cloth

The resin did not kick, this is not too surprising since I promoted it in July of 2020. The manual says it can be repromoted once so I tried before tossing about 600grams of resin. It worked.

I drilled the copilot side sleeve holes. And removed and cleaned the original two that I had tried yesterday. Remounted the lower main door sleeves and baggage,
