Installation of COM-3-5 bearings and final installation of cover ribs. At the end of the session, the final step was to ream .311 and .375 holes, concluding section 25.

One thing that I noticed that instructions are not so clear is the orientation of the manufactured heads of the double flush rivets on the bearing support. The Manual says to do it on the "outboard" side. if we look at the left cover rib, it is actually the inboard side. No big issues. but I think this is a gotcha. Another thing that I noticed is that a rivet -7 is too long. I used -6 instead and the installation looked perfect.

In picture 189.6, there is a rivet that drifted to the side. I replaced that rivet.

Installing cover ribs. Everything is installed except for the rib that has the bearing, which will have to wait. Bolts torqued and sealed. Riveting done. Last step will be to install the missing cover rib/bearing and ream the .311 and .375 bolt holes.

Working on mid-fuse assembly I found out that one of the items I have had in backorder since February 2022 is the bearing COM 3-5 which is used in this step of the process as shown in pic 187.7. I will try and work around it as much as I can but it looks like this part will be hard to rivet on.
