Installed nut plates on horizontal stab for future horizontal to vertical tail fairing.

Removed and setup elevators for lead install. Melted lead into leading edge of counter balance. Reinstalled elevators and checked balance. Balance good up to this point.

Calculated required balance weight for elevators. Fabric/chemicals and too coat with tapes =18.24 oz. Counterbalance weight req Right side 12.75 oz lead, left side 12.55 oz lead.

Installed elevator bearings. Straightened elevator. Researched balance weights. Cut elevator trim tab off.

Installed elevator center hinge bearings. Installed elevators on the stabs for initial fit. Installed tail wires and adjusted.

Reamed 1/2 inch bearings to fit elevator trim torque tubes. Drilled to size and clecoed. Temp installed stabs.
