Riveted door skins on with 3/32 counter sink rivets. Counter sunk alumium skins 3/4 easy through. Rivet had barely sticks up but looks good and still grabs well. 2 inch spacing.

Cut, Fabricated, and demurred aft bulkhead panel. Built aft baggage floor. Tested floor to 80 lbs limit. Slight deformation. Will limit aft baggage to 20 lbs at 4 g's. Complete aft baggage enclosure will increase strength. Total additional weight to build, 6lbs. Total enclosure size, 30 inches long, 5 wide on floor, 18 wide at top, 20 inches tall.

Removed and setup elevators for lead install. Melted lead into leading edge of counter balance. Reinstalled elevators and checked balance. Balance good up to this point.
