Began laying out a color photo book that will contain an assortment of build-photos, along with descriptive captions. After consulting with a friend who has used the service with great success, I decided to create the book using Shutterfly.com's online interface.

Worked on the POH and checklist.

The checklist is very nearly complete, and I'm pretty happy with it. Its format and layout mirror the checklists I use in some of my other flying, so it will feel very familiar to me.

The POH is a work in progress, with plenty more work ahead. But it's getting better and more complete each time I work on it.

This entry is for three days of work on my Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH) and Checklist for the airplane, each of which is a custom product made just for N8SH.

I also wrote a 20-question quiz that I will use for the ground school for the airplane. Yes, my good friends will have to take a quiz before they fly this thing! :-)
