rain drip edge with plastic sheeting for trough for anodize ribs

buff markings in capstrip to keep them organized

coverage one side of capstrips and one side for rear spar and one side of spacers, and one side of attach plates.

2 oz cataylst 72g
4 oz primer green base 181g
3 oz thinner 84g

Using the above gram weight I can mix a very small patch
Air pressure set at 30 lbs.

Primer applied as thin as possible.

Oct 07, 2019 Alodine capstrips for rear spar - (6 hours)

Three troughs alodine,water,acid

flowing water in center trough depth regulated with valve.

Valves allow regulating flow and empting troughs.

6061 1/16 spacers are also to be anodized in trough

Chemicals can be emptied back into jugs by opening valves.
