I would like to say this took 6 hours. But It took 40 hours. I had to try many methods. I even tried to form the part with heat. That was a mistake. There is a picture of a cracked pulley bracket made using heat.

I abandoned all heat and ended up forming the part with single cold form bends. Using form blocks and a 20 ton press the exact shape could be made without using a torch. Most of the 40 hours was experimenting and making different form blocks

Once the form blocks were made and the method settled on then it only took 6 hours.

part made with an 8 inch length of 1/8 x 1 inch strip. The 1 inch strip was reduced to 3/4 inches
