The hole pattern in the capstrip measures within 20 thousandth across long distance (4 - 5/8).
I have not enlarged the holes to accommodate the 3/16 holes required for bolts that attach hinge to spar
This is the center location for flap
While studying this location, I have come to the conclusion that my original plan fro drill sequence will not work.
Because the hinge overhangs the lower hole, it is the lower hole (not the top one or two) that must be drilled first.
I always meant to pre drill one side only. I was going to use the hinge to establish the hole center for the other side.
