Test fit cowling using finish fasteners. OK. Piano hinge keepers on. Start on baffling. Install outer prop spinner bulkhead, (Vans 13" Sensenich style). Torque and safety wire prop bolts.

Move all painted trim parts to hanger. Foam tape on. Paint fiberglass lower windshield trim strip. Cleco skylight and trim strips on. Prep for full windshield fit-up.

Fab oil cooler lower support and install, cut out sheet for cooler duct adapter. Bleed brakes, Fab primer solenoid, mini all fuse holder, and fuel flow firewall mounts. Run wires through firewall with firesleeve.

Fit and install tail cone closeout. Start on oil cooler mount. Pitot and AOA lines run to rear of cabin. Mount electrical firewall pass through fittings.Final torque and locktite of elevator rod ends and jamb nuts.
