Remove right wingtip. Try adding shims to give clearance to aileron. No go. Remove again, cut plastic support rib, re-position and bond in place. Trim inboard trailing edge of wingtip for clearance. Install. 3/16" clearance now. Put trim tape on wings, wingtips and dark grey-blue line. More mud on cowling plug.
