Final drilled all holes. Disassemble, debur, and clean. AlumiPrep and Alodine, and Zinc Phosphate primer.

Started "B" model updates, including fitting and drilling gussets, drilling holes for new ribs, and started laying out mass balanced aileron rods. Pilot drilled balance aileron rod to ribs. Started installing inside skin. Finished pilot drilling balance arm ribs and riveted horn.

Drilling and shaping horns for both ailerons. Pilot drill ribs, tip, and main rivet line. This is what used to be a complete aileron, less the horn, but is now superseded by the "B" modifications that include 2 extra ribs, balance shaft and weights, and 2 gussets. Those will be installed next.
