Final drilling and disassembly. Deburring. AlumiPrep and Alodine, and Zinc Phosphate primer. Completed priming and final assembly.
 
Dec 21, 2018     Assembly - (4 hours) Category: RightAileron
Started "B" model updates, including fitting and drilling gussets, drilling holes for new ribs, and started laying out mass balanced aileron rods. Drilled mass balance rod. Almost complete final hole drilling. Still needs the man rivet line.

Pilot drilled ribs to skin and drilled horn attachment
