Needed spacers to mount and align wheel/brake rotor with caliper brake mount. Determined spacer width and so designed up what I desired and machined out of 6061T6 aluminum.

Installed main gear legs and Shock system. Greased bolts for install, used engine hoist to lift airframe. Discovered I did not have Aluminum axle sleeves to space wheel and brake caliper setup. Also determined the garage is no tall enough for me to install the tundra tires.

Purchased 27.5 " tall tundra Aero Classic tires that fit the Matco 8 inch wheel. I also purchased inner tubes. The inner tubes were $275. The tires can be run tubeless, uncertain if I will go without tubes.

Reamed fuselage/gear mounting holes. Reamed gear leg holes, V cabane holes and shock connect holes. Mounted legs to fuselage, cabane to fuselage, installed shocks. Bolts provided for gear legs are to short.

Applied last span wise fabric tapes. The Leading edge and trailing edge. Used 6 inch wide tape on leading, and two 3 inch tapes for trailing. Marked out straight tape lines with pencil. Applied Polybrush, dried. Then applied wet polybrush when laying down the tape. Finally add a second coat of polybrush over the tape. Ironed out any bubbles, wrinkles.

Reamed mounting holes in fuselage and rudder pedal assembly. Fitted pedal brake mounts. Installed cylinders and marked drill points in pedal mounts. Drilled 5/16ths holes. Painted pedal mounts. Reinstalled master cylinder assemblies and connected pedals to cylinders using the appropriate hardware.
