Trimmed flat aluminum sheet to fit manual trim cable mount on elevator. Located mounting holes, drilled with #30 drill, installed blind rivets. Aligned elevator trim with elevator, sized piano hinge, cut to length and notched, drilled for mounting piano hinge between elevator and elevator trim part. Located assembly with clecos. Fabricated more robust angle for cable mount in lieu of provided L-bracket. Drilled for rivets, aligned with elevator trim actuator arm, located angle to plate mounted in elevator and drilled #30 holes for rivets. To be mounted at final assembly after fabric installed to control surfaces.
