Feb 16, 2022     Removed Vertical Stab and rudder - (7 hours)       Category: Empennage
We had filed the bushings on the vertical stab to get the rudder to swing better. We rethought this and ordered new bushings. removed the old ones and ordered new ones. We added the rubber bottom strip that we had missed the first time. I don't enjoy putting this on and off. Definitely a 2 person job.

Nov 18, 2021     Worked on the optional Horizontal Stab grab handle - (1 hour)       Category: Empennage
We went back and worked on this part left over from the early stages. Riveted the doublers in and bought replacement tubes at I wanted longer handles. We will finish later.
