Fabricated fuel pump mount. Located mount holes with posterboard template and transferred to pump mount. Located holes for pump housing and installed nutplates. Secured mount plate with AN bolts and loctite. Mounted pump on mount plate with prescribed socket head screws and loctite. Secured filter with hose clamp and AN3 bolt.

Made new angle brace for mount plate. Countersunk for CCC-42 rivets. Riveted to mount plate. Final install of quick drain valve and fuel outlet fitting. Mounted tank and secured with channels and long hose clamps. Clamps still need to be final tightened and safety wired. Did initial locating of fuel pump assembly with outlet hose attached.

Installed all fuel fittings and low fuel warning sensor in header tank. Repaired rivets in tank mount angle brace.

Drilled and trimmed access hole in bottom skin for header tank drain fitting. Fit header tank mount plate with mount clamp at left rear. Installed tank drain fitting.

Match drilled bottom header tank support angle. Trimmed forward tank attach bracket for rudder cable clearance.

Trimmed and deburred header tank mount plate. Located and drilled rivet mount holes in mount. Test fit tank again. Still need to drill sump drain hole in bottom skin.
