Drilled and attached #3 nutplates for spinner attachment. Also attached #6 nutplates for filler plate. Need to use 4-40 or 6-32 screws for aft filler plate attachment.

I need to improve the filler plate fit with some fiberglass work.

Used JB Weld and NAS1097 rivets to attach flanges to spinner filler plates.
Inventoried windscreen and skylight parts.

Checked spinner alignment and pilot drilled the 10 mounting holes #40. Fabricated filler plates, which will be mounted to backplate with screws (allows removing for paint) and to the spinner with #8 screws.

Filler plates will have flanges bonded on the inside so they can be attached to the spinner. Using the material cut out to fabricate the flanges.
