Continuing to make progress on the fiberglass empennage tips. Everything is now permanently attached and most of the fairing things to the aluminum complete. Closeouts on the aft side of the horizontal stab and vertical stab complete. Several hours of detail work and I will move on to baffling.

Continued unpacking the kit and making sure it's all in there. Lots of little brown paper bags full of hardware take quite some time to organize in the tackle boxes I bought. All those bins also need labels so I can create a pick list.

After much deliberation from losing the previous plane in the Waldo Canyon Fire, I decided to get back into building. It will be hard to start again, now for the third time, but I cannot quit until I succeed.

I'm still getting moved into the new house and have workers in and out each day. I came home from work and look what was in the garage! Two familiar boxes full of work. Time to get with it and make the empennage come to life.
