Category: Fuel System
Used adel clamps to secure the fuel lines to the fuselage

Fuel lines finished and leak tested
- (6 hours)
Category: Fuel System
A lot of time was spent fitting the lines through the forward floorboards and getting everything bent just right so as not to have any low spots. Rubber grommets were used to secure the lines going through door formers. Adel clamps were used to secure the lines. Leak test was good with a measured line on the ballon for 4-5 hours with no shrinkage

Right rear line
- (4 hours)
Category: Fuel System
I am using the 5052 lines, so a lot to do to bend them. I was very nervous about the fuel lines and kept putting it off and working on other things. It was not that difficult the bending was done only after lots of measuring and remeasuring. In the end it was pretty easy.

Correcting mistakes
- (4 hours)
Category: Fuel System
So after realizing my mistake, it was all about drilling out rivets and then installing a system for the fuel selector and stand so it is removable and serviceable.

Fuel Selector and Gascolator
- (5 hours)
Category: Fuel System
Total mess up that had to be corrected. It was really nicely done and engineered… Except the stand for the fuel selector can't be riveted in, and it needs the floor under it.
