Jun 18, 2023     Sight Gauges - (2.5 hours)       Category: Fuel System
Fabricated exactly from the Bearhawk manual

90 degree bulkhead an fitting, Univair float ball, 5052 tubing

Apr 01, 2022     Securing Lines - (2 hours)       Category: Fuel System
Took care of any possible rub/friction areas with 8 to 1 shrink tubing as well as using adel clamps to secure the lines to the back of the door former

Mar 22, 2022     Secured fuel lines - (1 hour) Category: Fuel System
Used adel clamps to secure the fuel lines to the fuselage

Dec 02, 2021     Right rear line - (4 hours)       Category: Fuel System
I am using the 5052 lines, so a lot to do to bend them. I was very nervous about the fuel lines and kept putting it off and working on other things. It was not that difficult the bending was done only after lots of measuring and remeasuring. In the end it was pretty easy.

Dec 02, 2021     Correcting mistakes - (4 hours)       Category: Fuel System
So after realizing my mistake, it was all about drilling out rivets and then installing a system for the fuel selector and stand so it is removable and serviceable.

Dec 02, 2021     Fuel Selector and Gascolator - (5 hours) Category: Fuel System
Total mess up that had to be corrected. It was really nicely done and engineered… Except the stand for the fuel selector can't be riveted in, and it needs the floor under it.
