Fabricate a mounting tab that attaches to the instrument panel right side to the right fuselage attachment bracket. The tab fastens the instrument panel lower lip to the right fuselage bracket. I cut the panel to facilitate installation. The mounting tab uses 2 #8 screws and nutplates to fasten the panel lip to the fuselage.
