Apply Proseal to rivet line at inboard rib. Slide rib into place and cleco. Rivet rib to wing skins and tank baffle. Drill out rivets in the right wing inboard fuel tank rib. Soften Proseal with MEK, cut Proseal with a utility knife, and extract rib. Clean Proseal from wing skin. Retrieve wing attach bracket and fuel vent feedthrough fitting. Trim attach angle reinforcement plate per drawing. Match drill rib and reinforcement plate to existing holes in attach angle. Cut 5 1/4" diameter hole in rib using a fly cutter. Lay out holes using the existing cover plate to establish desired orientation. Drill rib for nutplates. Machine countersink the cover plate reinforcement plate and dimple the rib Rivet the nutplates to the rib.

Trim lower fuselage skin to create space for the gear legs per direction from Vans. Drill engine mount holes to final 3/8" diameter and attach engine mount to fuselage using hardware bolts.
