Drilled #40 holes for the rivets for the receptacles and nut plates. Cleaned all the holes. Installed the receptacles and nut plates. Installed the studs. We ended up with 4 extra holes, so ordered 4 more sets of studs from RANS!

Cut the hole for the oil check door. Drilled #30 for the rivets. Cleaned and primed and riveted. Formed the flexible baffling strips around the top on the baffle and riveted. Continued work on the exhaust system.

Finished fitting the top cowling. Drilled all holes to #11. Took the cowling off and drilled the receptacle holes to 5/16" and stud holes to 1/4"

Finished fitting the lower cowling. Reconfigured some parameters in the Dynon system (with Aerotronic's help!). Started fitting the upper cowling. We had to remove the engine hoist points to get the upper cowling to lie flat.
