Put the end caps on and riveted. Installed the missing rivets that I had ordered. Installed hinge wires and bent to fit.

Cut and fitted the plastic end caps. Drilled #40. Cut and fitted bluecor foam to the inside and used foam-safe liquid nails to secure. Left the assemblies to set. Primed the backing strips for the end cap rivets.
