Measured and cut the extension. Drilled the connectors and inserted the safety pins. Drilled the holes on the tunnel cover. Some difficulties to have a somehow symmetric look considering that the backplate holes are not symmetrical in order to avoid wrong installation.
Temporary installation with two steel screws....need to acquire longer ones or to replace with aluminum screws or standard cadmium screws.

Torqued the fitting (finger tight and then 90deg plus a bit). Marked the fuel lines from fuel selector to tunnel flanges.

Installed fuel pump, and fuel selector. Installed fuel lines to firewall. Final torqued the bulkhead fitting behind the fuel valve. All the fitting require final torque.

Primed and painted fuel pump support.
Dimpled the bottom skin using modified bucking bars and Lucio's help holding the anvil.

Lucio prepared a little mod to facilitate annual inspection for fuel pump and filter.
He prepared the support, i attached a couple of nutplates,checked routing. Lucio did most of the alutube bending and flaring.
End result is very satisfactory.
Bended a new aluminum tube to replicate the fuel line.

Lucio prepared the fuel pump and fuel filter support. It will be riveted to the cabin floor and the pump will be mounted with platenuts riveted to floating angles to allow positioning without unnecessary tensions on tubes when in place. When the pump filter assembly will be removed the two angles will stay in place thanks to few screws.

Created the fuel lines to the fuel valve according to design provided. Considering the use of the and/or FS20-7 Valve i may need to recreate the fuel lines. Preliminary installation looks ok, but final check is needed.
